Her career includes time as Producer & Program Manager at Netflix (2018–2023), where she developed strategic initiatives for Creative Production, Marketing Communications, and Marketing Technology. She led tooling infrastructure teams, served as line producer and on-set coordinator, and worked at the intersection of operations and creative production.

Prior to Netflix, she served as Executive Assistant & Creative Manager at The De Laurentiis Company, where she handled content development, pre-casting, and managed rights relationships with studios and production companies. She also founded Beyond Basics Youth Sports, developing enrichment programs for underserved communities in Los Angeles.

Olivia-Diane holds a B.A. from the University of Oregon and continued Graduate Studies at Lehman College, Bronx, NY. She is an NCAA Track & Field alumna, AmeriCorps Teaching Grant recipient, and NYC Teaching Fellows scholar.
