You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms.

Event registrations are subject to availability and any specific event terms. Some events may require venue partner terms and conditions, which you agree to separately at registration. Pioneer Network reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events, and to refuse or revoke registrations in cases of misconduct or violation of these Terms.

Paid tickets and memberships are processed through our payment provider. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable; however, we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion for cancelled or rescheduled events. Membership dues and service deposits are governed by the terms presented at checkout.

Membership tiers and associated benefits are described on our platform. We may modify tier benefits, pricing, or availability at any time. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred. We may suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Harass, harm, or discriminate against other members, attendees, or staff.
• Post or share content that is defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell tickets or membership access without authorization.

All content we provide, including text, graphics, logos, and event materials, is owned by or licensed to Pioneer Network and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission. You retain ownership of content you post and grant us a license to display it within our platform.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that events will occur as scheduled or that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pioneer Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
